How long until I get my stamp?

Most stamps are made withing 1 business day, Same Day if ordered before 12:00pm PST.
Problems with designs/artwork can delay orders. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most stamps are delivered within 5 days in the USA.

Where can I see the status of my order?

The status of your order can be seen in the My Account section after you login. After clicking the My Account link, navigate to 'Purchases' and there you will see a list of your orders and the current status.
To view more details, click on the order #, then click the 3 icon to view the history of actions and correspondance.

I Made A Mistake. Can I Change My Order After Checking Out?

YES! If any mistakes are made or changes are needed after placing your order, you can contact using the following methods:

Will I Get A Proof Before My Stamp Is Made?

Because our website used a live product Designer, you are actually seeing what your stamp will look like before your purchase it. So there is no need to see a proof after the order is placed. The only exception to this is if we need to make any changes to your design/artwork, we will send you a proof for approval.

How Do I Know My Order Was Submitted Successfully?

There are 2 ways to confirm you subitted your order successfully:

  1. You will see a confirmation page on the website after clicking the "COMPLETE YOUR ORDER" button.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after the order is submitted.

If you do not see the Order Email Confirmation in your inbox, check your Spam/Junk folder. If the email is not there then you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please contact us to confirm the Order and Email address

How Do I Place A Reorder?

You can place reorders easily after you login to your Account. Just follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Account > Click 'MY ACCOUNT' at the top of the website.
  2. Click the 'Purchases' link in the menu.
  3. Find the Order you want and click on it.
  4. Click the 'Reorder' button at the top of the screen.
  5. Review the items in your cart (edits can be made before reordering).
  6. Checkout as you normally would.

Can I Email My Order?

Yes, you can email us your order. Just tell us what product you want and include any relevant details like size, ink color, handle type, or other info. If you have a design, just attach it to you email.

What Kind Of Stamp Do I Need?

The stamp you need depends on what you're using it for and how much you want to spend. We carry 3 different types of ink stamps. The biggest difference between these types of stamps is how they transfer your ink impression to the paper.

  • Self-Inking Stamps have a built-in ink pad that adds ink to the stamp die while in the UP position. When pressed DOWN, the stamp die flips around and transfers that ink to the paper.
  • Wood Handle Stamps require a separate ink pad. After pressing the Wood Handle Stamp onto the ink pad, you lift the stamp up, move it to your paper and press down.
  • Pre-Inked Stamps use a built in reservoir to hold the ink. Each time the stamp is pressed down, the ink transfers through the 'flash' screen, giving you a photo quality impression.

Self-Inking stamps are great for quick, repetetive stamping, or if you don't want the hassle and mess of separate ink pad. They are the easiest type of stamp to use.
Wood Handle Stamps are ultra durable, very affordable, and can easily switch between ink pads with different colors.
Pre-Inked Stamps offer the highest print quality, best cost per impression, and water resistant inks.

Can I Use My Soap / Pottery Stamp With Ink?

No. Stamps used with ink need a special polymer rubber that the ink sticks to before being pressed onto paper. The Soap and Pottery Stamps do not come with that special polymer rubber and therefore do not work with ink. Some of our customers have used the Soap and Pottery stamps with paint, glaze, and other liquids, but there are no guarantees for those uses.

What Is The Difference Between A Pottery Stamp & Makers Mark?

While these two stamps are very similar in what they do, there are some key differences.

Makers Mark
  • Only shape available is round.
  • Sizes range from 1/2 inch - 1 1/2 inch.
  • Comes with ball link chain for easy carrying and storage.

Pottery Stamp
  • Available in round, square, and rectangle shapes.
  • Sizes range from 1/2 inch - 3 inch

Why Is My Soap/Pottery Stamp Slightly Smaller Than What I Ordered?

During the process of making your stamp, too much empty space around your design can cause the stamp to warp. To avoid this problem, we remove that empty space and cut the stamp as close as possible to the edges of your design. So if you order a 3 x 3 inch stamp, but your design is only 1 x 3 inch, we will remove that unused space and cut the stamp to 1.2 x 3.2 inches.

Do I Need To Mirror/Invert My Design?

No, you do not need to mirror, invert, or reverse your design (unless that is how you want it to print). Setup your design just how you want it to look when you stamp it. Our design team will take care of the rest.
